Q&A

As soon as you book in, a questionnaire will prompt you to share details about your business. Having this information upfront ensures that we're crafting strategy and design that aligns with where you envision your business going.

Conversation

On your project start date, we'll review deliverables, goals and your questionnaire on a kick-off Zoom session. Being on the same page from day one helps ensure a great outcome.

Research

You will be prompted to gather visual inspiration within a Pinterest board. Curating imagery that aligns with your ideal aesthetic forms the basis of your visual brand strategy.

Strategy

We'll create a presentation deck including strategy, a custom color palette and a mood board to ensure aesthetic alignment. Upon approval, the design process begins.

Design

Design directions are built out for you to review and then it’s your turn to provide feedback. Up to 3 complimentary rounds of revisions are included to ensure every last detail feels aligned.

Launch

Upon final approval, you'll receive a download link to access your final brand files and guidelines. Now, it’s time to launch and share your fresh design and strategy with the world!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes! For branding and print projects, you receive packaged, fully editable InDesign or Illustrator vector files depending on the project type.

  • Squarespace is my primary focus. I also work with Shopify and Wordpress. Your custom strategy and brand identity aligns and shines the brightest with custom website design that looks and feels as unique as your brand.

  • Yes, if we discussed this during the proposal phase. If you only are asking for website design then no. I will be sure to ask you all the nitty gritty details during a discovery call. I want to make sure you are able to get all the bells and whistles you’re seeking.

  • If your business requires monthly design assets, I’m happy to discuss your needs and we can create a retainer agreement.

  • Fill out my inquire form, then we’ll book a discovery call, I send over a proposal and once you’ve signed the proposal and booked your time we start the designing process.

  • Every project is different, to determine the exact cost of your project, I like to hop on an intro call to talk about your specific needs first and then put together a custom proposal just for you. However, most of our projects fall within the $5-15k range.

  • Timelines vary depending on the scope of your project but on average, branding takes 4 to 6 weeks to complete. Websites take 6 to 12 weeks from start to finish once your content is in-hand, including research, design and development. If you have a specific deadline that needs to be met, please let me know right away.

  • Yes! Working with a designer is a big investment, so I try to make payments as simple as possible. Most projects are broken into 2-3 installments depending on the size with the first deposit required to hold your spot on my schedule.

  • At this time, I don’t offer logo design as a stand-alone service. All of my projects first begin with strategy so that you have a clear foundation to build from. This is key to ensuring that your design aligns with your business goals.
